Zosia Kochanski (Wishbone Zoe), b. 1994 in Western Massachusetts, is a multi-disciplinary artist and musician. She works across hand-drawn animation, exploratory music, songwriting, performance art, drawings, video, bass guitar, voice, poetry, multi-media collage, and sometimes soft sculpture and mask design.
Her film work and animated music videos have been screened across North America and Europe, at film festivals and shows in Boston, New York, Espinho PT, Ottawa, Seattle, Paris, Maribor SL, Liberec CZ, Oakland, Providence, and Los Angeles.
In 2023 she self-released a chapbook of poetry, Infinity Ends Abruptly About Ten Feet Away, containing work written during travels back and forth from the east and west coasts of North America the previous year.
Wishbone writes and performs as herself, offers bass and vocals to touring and recording bands, and plays bass with an econo-jamming punk trio based in Hadley, MA called EIEIEIO.
